Worldwide Pay Ltd (Company No. 14773225, registered in England and Wales) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at nathan.elliott@worldwidepay.co.uk.

The only personal data this website collects directly is what you submit through the contact form: your name, company name, email address and message. We do not use tracking cookies and do not collect any other personal data about visitors.

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and, if it becomes a business relationship, to manage that relationship. Our legal basis for this is legitimate interest, responding to enquiries you have chosen to send us. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Contact form submissions are sent directly into Launchpad, our own internal CRM system, rather than by email. This website and Launchpad are both hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. No enquiry data is shared with any other third party.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall traffic to this site, for example which pages are visited and roughly how much traffic the site gets. It is cookieless and does not track or store information that identifies you personally.

We keep enquiry data for as long as it is needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, and delete it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to how it is used.
